Ace Diagnostic Exam
World Hope Academy offers the ACE diagnostic prescription exam and all students that know how to read should take the diagnostic exam. This is not a pass or fail exam as it’s just an exam that covers Math, English, Social Studies, Science, and word building. The exam covers all grades and measures concepts up to the eighth level and Algebra I. The results will help WHA gauge the learning of the student and identify any gaps. The academic evaluation will be done based on the diagnostic results and evaluation of transcripts.
The diagnostic exam is an important tool that will identify exactly what area the student is deficient in and help everyone involved to identify these areas. The following students are exempt from taking the ACE diagnostic exam at WHA:
- Students that previously used ACE in their education.
- Students that are 17 and older who have graduated high school within the last 5 years.
- Students that took a national normed assessment exam and scored average or above.
- Students that completed all their high school credits but failed an exit exam.
- Students that are older adults.
- And other students as the administration of WHA determines.
