High School Diploma Enrollment Form

Enrolling in our high school diploma education program is very simple as we give you several options:

1. You can enroll in person Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm. You must bring a legal picture ID, one parent if you’re under 18, and payment. We accept cash, Money Order, Credit Cards, or Certified Check’s drawn on a United States bank. You must tell us at the time that you enroll if you’re enrolling in our classroom program, our home school program with your parents or our correspondence program.

2. You can enroll over the phone Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm by calling 305-270-9830. You must bring, mail, or fax a legal picture ID, after you enroll. We accept Credit Cards over the phone.

3. You can enroll using PayPal 24 hours a day. After enrolling, you must bring, mail, or fax a legal picture ID and a complete application.

4. You can download our application below by clicking on the link and bringing it in, mailing it in, or faxing the form. You must enclose payment in the form of Money Order or Cashiers Check with your application and include a copy of a legal picture ID. One parent must sign the application if you’re a minor.
