World Hope Academy Transcripts

Your transcripts are simply a record of the courses/classes that you completed and the grades. Please note the following when ordering your transcripts:

• If there is a balance on your account, transcripts will not be generated.
• Schools require official copies of transcripts which must come from our school.
• We mail official transcripts directly to schools and employers only. If someone else needs the transcript, please call us.
• Transcript fees apply whether the request is for official transcripts or unofficial transcripts.
• Fulltime students cannot be enrolled in WHA and another high school at the same time so no transcripts will be issued to another high school while a student is enrolled fulltime at WHA, unless the student is completing credit recovery.
• The course must be completed and final grade must be posted before a transcript is mailed.
• The student is responsible for providing the correct mailing information as transcript fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for lost transcripts or transcripts not arriving.
• Transcripts are not free and require payment when ordered. If ordering online you can use your credit card or debit card to pay. If you pay in person or through the mail, we require payment in cash, Money Order, or Cashiers Check only. Sorry, transcripts are not done on the spot.

We make every effort to send transcripts as soon as possible. However, transcripts sometimes take a while. Do not wait till the last minute to order your transcripts as you may lose your enrollment period at the college or university. We do not rush transcripts.

We do not charge for transcripts if a school makes the request. Schools must use their own transcript request form and fax it to 1-305-359-5172, along with a school cover sheet with contact information.  Normal delivery and all other rules apply.
